PRAYER FOR THE FAMILY
Ephesians 3:14-20 (KJV)
Ephesians 3:14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by
his Spirit in the inner man;
17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and
height;
19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the
fullness of God.
20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think,
according to the power that worketh in us,
Father in the Name of Jesus, Lord I thank You that You are our God. I thank You that You
said You would hear me when I call (Psalm 4:3) Lord Jesus, I thank You that I can turn to You.
My heart is heavy for my family and I am so burden down. Father I stretch my hands to You;
You are the only one I can call. Lord, we need Your help! Lord, I pray that You move on my
family's behalf. Only You can keep us; we can not and we will not make it without You. You
have been our help in times past and I know You can; and I believe that You will ring us through
victoriously. I know that You are for the family so I cast all my cares upon You because I know
that You care for us. You are our Father and we are Your children. Have mercy upon us and
deliver my family out of the hands of the enemy. Let Your mercy rain down upon my family and
let Your mercy and grace reign throughout us as well. Let Your peace envelope and flow
throughout my family. I pray that You keep us safe in Your loving arms of protection and shield
us from all forms of hurt, harm and dangers; seen and unseen. I pray that You bind the
members of my family's hearts with cords of love that can not be broken. Keep us in Your love
and the unity of Your Spirit; and love and unity with one another. I thank You for being our
Father who provides for us in every way and gives good things to those who ask You.
Thank You for continuously watching over us, providing for us and keeping us. Thank You
for being the Father who hears us when we call and answers us. In Jesus Name I thank You
Lord, Amen.
